The hotel was beautiful, the staff were exceptional and the breakfast and dinner were outstanding..the chef made us special apps to try and extra deserts to sample. Delicious..Absolutely top notch. Lovely rooftop bar as well with views of the city and Douro River..highly recommend.

It was definitely a five star experience from the welcome desk and personal orientation to our room to the tranquil spa and everything in between. The staff really made us feel comfortable. The location was easy walking distance to Porto and waterfront shopping and restaurants. And the view from our room was spectacular overlooking the river. We would love to stay again!
