I LOVE this hotel! I've been there twice now, and I will return every time I'm in Lisbon. The rooms are very clean, the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I felt so very comfortable. The wine and chocolates in the room were a nice surprise, and they have the best beds of any hotel I've stayed at. On a scale of 1-10, I give them a "20."
