The hotel is a beautiful old colonial building in an excellent location in Old San Juan. The staff was friendly and helpful. The moment I arrived they sat me down with a complimentary beverage while they checked me in and took my luggage up to my room for me. Our room was clean and comfortable with a great view. The rooftop is a wonderful place to hang out, take in the amazing view, and continue to enjoy the complimentary alcoholic beverages of your choice.

We were on the first floor apartment. It was recently renovation and spacious for a family of four. There were two living areas to hang out in! All the appliances were modern and in good order.
There were plenty of restaurants and shops within a short walk distance. The beach and Old San Juan were a short drive away with cheap and straightforward parking - provided you arrived before noon.
The location was fantastic, situated in the heart of Old San Juan. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe throughout my stay. Check-in was straightforward, using a padlock to access the keys at the main gate. The apartment is on the first floor, but note that there is no elevator. It features a loft-style layout, with the bedroom located in the loft above (accessible via narrow stairs) and the living room below.
The location is PERFECT. It's walking distance from a local parking lot AND you could walk anywhere around Old San Juan.
It's a spacious apartment and everyone had their privacy. The patio was amazing. The staff replied quickly to our messages and the support was clearly there. Definitely worth it!
The location is in the heart of Old San Juan, walk to everything. Stayed in the Merlot room. Was spacious and the balcony was wonderful. AC kept the room cool. Shower was huge, abundant hot water. Hotel was clean and had a great courtyard.
The beds are comfortable and the privacy curtains/lamp are a good perk for the overall price of the stay. The location is fine as well, 15-20 min walk from Old San Juan and Escambron Beach. The locality feels a bit unsafe at night unless you stick to the street where the hostel is which is quite lively at all times of day.
I also appreciated the 24 hour desk and the co-working space they have. The wifi is also very reliable.
The hotel is located right in the middle of old San Juan, so it was very easy to reach all the attractions in the old city.
