The most amazing place with incredible staff. We booked one night and ended up staying for a few more. Great inside and outside facilities. Photos don't do it justice. Yoga and breakfast definitely make this place special along with friendly staff who are always patient and helpful. Separate shout-out to chef Victor and manager Gabriella who made our stay really amazing.

The condo was so well decorated and the cleanliness impeccable. It is located half way between Old San Juan and Condado neighborhood. We loved the walkable distance. There is a 24/7 concierge. And communication with the owner was the easiest.

Decent location with lots of shops and eateries around, and easy access to get a quick cab to old san juan or walk to the beach in condado if you wanted. Very spacious room in a good clean basic hotel for a fair price considering the very expensive baseline for San Juan.
This beautiful spacious apartment is in the heart of Old San Juan, just walking distance from all the attractions. It has a kitchenette, comfy bed, a smart TV, and terrace with a beautiful view of Calle San Francisco. The owner was very responsive and attentive when we had a question about checking in and left us some delicious snacks and some bottled water in the fridge. Would definitely stay again!
The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. It is also ideally located. It is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars, and other points of interest, and close to old San Juan. But what we liked the most was the outstandikg service provided by our host. He was in constant communication with us to make sure that everything was fine. He also provided us with great tips and recommendations, which enhanced our experience in Puerto Rico and made our trip memorable. I absolutely recommend this accommodation!
Large apartment in a nice location with shopping and food in walking distances, and a short trip taxi ride to various beaches and Old San Juan. I had been concerned it was close to the highway, but actually it was fine.
This was a lovely small hotel in the centre of old San Juan. The room was comfortable, everything was within easy walking distance and it was easy to get around via Uber if going further out. Great coffee and breakfast downstairs. Lovely staff in the evening, a bit less friendly in the daytime. I enjoyed spending time on the terrace in the evening.

Sonia is an excellent host, whenever we had any questions she was there to help out. Apartment location is great, right in the middle of Condado, there is a cool vibe to the area, lots of restaurants, shops and people around. The beach is just 20m away, a smaller calmer beach and the lagoon are only a short walk away. An Uber ride to Old San Juan is about 6$ each way, Or you can take a longer stroll along the water to get there. We loved our stay, Highly recommended :)
This is the best hostel. It's clean and safe. The customer service is amazing. It's within walking distance of the beach and Old San Juan. This will be my first choice if I ever go back to Puerto Rico.
Easy instructions. Secured spacious apartments in the heart of Old San Juan. We stayed in apartment #2. Very well furnished with big bedrooms. The colonial style is very beautiful with original doors, floors, beams, super high ceilings and decoration of the apartment was very well done. A/C and fans were working well. It’s well furnished too. Even master bathroom looks like a 5 star hotel. Location can’t be beaten as everything is nearby, walkable and very safe. Very good value.
