Good location but interior of the hotel is really old, must be renovated. Breakfast was in the basement, with little choice of food, rooms very small with super dirty windows, broken shower tubs and broken sink ceramics. Disappointed that I had chosen this hotel

Excellent design, extremely clean spaces, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Beautiful setting on the lake, with views and charming atmosphere. The rooms are large and modern yet cosy and well equipped including decaf coffee.

The staff was excellent from the start to check out, the interior, even if just walking down the corridor twice - such a pleasure for the eye (for once!). I spent the entire evening working in the restaurant as to prep for business meeting - not a bother from the staff, wonderfully decorated with light and candles, flowers (even if that was just me three!)
I was provided with a robe - live them even if just for the one night stay. And obviously the chocolates left on the bed - small thing but actually this is still not so widely used - in any way- to show that you are truly welcome

Very clean apartment. Location is perfect it’s in the old town about 5 minutes or less walk to where the restaurants are. There is a beautiful park next to the apartment. Apartment is very spacious.
The apartment is very clean and cozy. Despite our late arrival, Sebastian made an effort to help with the charger issue. It felt very comfortable and welcoming. The location in the old town is great, with plenty of delicious places to eat nearby.
Loved the fact that there was everything you needed in the apartment to feel like home. Washing powder even shower gel , coffe etc . Very large space for my baby to run on the walker . I didn’t use upstairs at all but was Very nice great location right in a old town centre
Well- furnished and equipped apartment, close to park in central Olsztyn. For us, it was a perfect getaway for nearby trips to the Old Town and the Lakes. the equipment was more then standard for a rent out apartment- there was even backing paper!
Close to the old town, clean, very comfortable mattress. Parking avaliable, with the hotel close to the centre it is a good find. Receptionists were helpful and pleasant.
The room was clean and breakfast was tasty. Hotel has a great location - near the old town and close to the railway station. I also enjoyed the view of the fall trees from my room window and the fall in the city 🍂

The rooms and the hotel overall are clean. It’s conveniently located—just an 8-minute walk from the old town and 15 minutes from the streetcar stop. The area is lovely, and the price is quite affordable compared to other hotels nearby. The staff is friendly, and the reception is multilingual, which adds to the positive experience.
