Building is historic but modern. Location is great - close to many main sights. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast with sophisticated menu. My foody husband was impressed. I loved the swimming pool and spa - great place to unwind after a long day.

Really a splendid hotel with a truly exceptional team. We've stayed at the Bristol serveral times ( and at other top Warsaw hotels) and now probably won't stay anywhere else on our regular trips there. Although the regular breakfast it too much for us we very much enjoy a simpler breakfast in the charming cafe, with its collection of historic Warsaw photos and really excellent coffee. Order a cappucino just to see the marvelous design created in the foamed milk.

great hotel with lovely staff and great location feels like a palace
The hotel is relatively new, and it can be seen by the modern and functional design. The location is great - very close to the river (near the mermaid statue) and to Nowy Świat street, with all of it's restaurants and pubs (and public transportation). The room was a standard size - comfortable enough, except what I'll describe at the next paragraph. There are 3 modern and fast elevators, good breakfast and a bar that is open 24/7. The staff were very kind and effective.
