The room was so comfortable and very luxurious. It was very clean and quiet and there were extra considerate touches like water and crisps, dried apples and peanuts ready for us upon arrival. The staff were so friendly and courteous.

This is a fantastic hotel in the heart of Warsaw. The rooms are very big and luxurious! Although the hotel is in the center, it is quiet and perfect for relaxing. The room prices are great and personally I found this hotel to be great value for money. The breakfast is great. We would like to thank all the staff for being very helpful during our stay, but particularly we would like to thank Hitesh, the waiter at breakfast, who was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely visit again!
