The location is about the only thing that I like about the place. Although it is still quite a walk from the hotel to the nearest tourist attraction, Burnham Park. But it’s close to eateries which is good because they don’t serve breakfast.
The location of this hotel is great. Very close to Burnham Park and lots of places to eat nearby. The room is nice and spacious. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and assisted my mom as her knee started hurting. Overall great stay.
The hotel was located at the heart of the city. Just a few steps and you'll have Burnham Park, the Plaza, the night market etc. The staff were all pleasant and readily assisted me. The hotel also has basement parking with a gate. So our car is secured. The room is clean and just enough for a family of four. Towels and sheets are clean. It's quite a nice experience for our family to really enjoy the city of pines. Keep it up. Thanks alot
Great location! 3-5 minute walk to Upper Session Road. Free secure parking, too, for the entire duration of our stay.
The Trancoville aircon buses also pass in front of the hotel so if you don’t want to drive your car around Baguio, you can just take a taxi or the Trancoville Bus for a quick trip to Session Road, Market, Burnham Park.
The breakfast buffet offers a good selection of delicious dishes plus flowing coffee. We had a very pleasant stay. We will stay here again when we go to Baguio for our next trip.
The hotel is within walking distance to Burnham Park, restaurants and night market. It also has free parking and located central to most touristy places to visit. The hotel staff were also very responsive and accommodating. I would stay here again.
The biggest reason why I chose Hotel 45 is because of the location. It is really in a strategic place - near SM and Session Road. Burnham Park is just walking distance. There are liquor stores nearby that are open until midnight. For me, these are some of the practical considerations why I chose Hotel 45.
Location- superb! Near to Session Road, Ililikha, Oh my Gulay, Baguio Cathedral, Burnham Park, etc. It also has a nearby hospital, Dunkin Donut, Mcdo, has pharmacy inside the bldg and nearby area, walking distance to downtown establishments. I even just walk all the way from bus terminal to the hotel but you have the option to take a cab.
1. We were pleased with the hotel staff's and lobby receptionist's customer service.
2. We enjoyed the 456 Hotel's proximity to Burnham Park and the Baguio Public Market.
JCGA apartment is very accessible to transportation. We can easily go to all tge sites we wanted to see. It is walking distance to Burnham Park and to many fast food outlets. The staff were also very responsive to questions. Very well kept garden and spacious parking for guests.
