I am very pleased with the staff and manager at the Venus Hotel. They are incredibly accommodating and friendly, especially toward my mother who has a disability. They always make sure she is comfortable in our room.
They serve very good food during our stay I especially love the homemade ensaymada.

Location was outstanding - just a short walk up the road to join Session Road (about 10 min) - and close to all amenities - very convenient. Short walk to bus terminal and SM Mall - about 10 min.
Hotel Security were amazing, the best we have seen anywhere. Extremely kind and helpful with advise, enquiries and suggestions for travel, tours and restaurants.
The rooms very very large and spacious - a pleasant surprise in Asia - beds were very comfortable. Reception were helpful in giving us additional blankets when we felt cold.

We booked a Premium Park room in November 2023 which had a really good view of Burnham park. It was huge and had a tub. The hotel is also literally a minute walk from Good Taste restaurant and has a Watsons store beside it. Breakfast is tasty. Drinks were self service and served with plastic cups for juice and water and paper cups for coffee
We only paid around Php7K for 2 nights which is cheap given the location and the size of the room. I don't think I would stay here again given the cockroach situation I experienced.
Our booking was for 2 bed room but some how when reach the place they are only goving us 1 room. The Property manager tried to work out the booking and coordinated with Gather inn groups to relocate us to another branch which is just besides burnham park, better location and hotel than the original booking. Great staff, location and access to the point of interest.
The hotel was very accessible from the Burnham Park. It was very walkable, not steep at all. The staff are very helpful during our whole stay. The room is very simple but the price I pay is very much acceptable for the location of the hotel.
It's a quiet place to stay. Very clean and spacious apartments. There are lots of restaurants within the area and a convenient store. The entrance to the actual Burnham Park is a few minutes walk from the apartment.
This hotel is malapit sa SM Baguio, Session Road and in Baguio Public Market. Because of its location perfect na perfect sa amin. We also went to Burnham park na malapit lang. We took Grab sometimes taxi pero really convenient
