Friendly staff who really went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Offered late checkout even before we requested. The breakfast buffet spread was quite well thought out and exceptional in terms of value for money. The Karak tea at the buffet is 5 star. Honorable mention goes to chef sanjeewa who was very helpful and pleasant soul.

This is a modern hotel located very close to the city center and the Sultan Qaboos mosque. The room was good and comfortable with good wifi. I ate dinner at the restaurant which was good as well as breakfast. There is a swimming pool at the top floor which I used once. Nice staff. Close to the hotel there are restaurants and other shops.
Good communication with the manager/receptionist Ahmed. We booked three 2-bedroom apartments, but just 2 were available. He contacted us 2 days before the stay and suggested options. We choosed to put extra mattrasses in living room for a discount. Location is good, cheap local restaurants at the main street with usual fare (daal, sabdjee, keema, eggs, curry for lunch). Sultan Qaboos Mosque is 800 m away with Mwasalat Bus lines 20 and 21 bus stops.
The highlight of this hotel is the location, just across from Sultan Qaboos mosque.
