The staff was very nice and the location was great. The facility itself is a little funky.

This is my 3rd time staying in this hotel. Perfect location, comfortable beds. But this time I was disappointed with the way the hotel handled post-checkout issues.

Great walking trail.
Great walking trail. The developed park at the north end of town is family friendly with playgrounds and fields. The path continues around for other views of the lake. And don't miss the Government Gardens, Rose Garden, and the real Rachel Spring.

Very close to Rotorua lakefront, very walkable. Nice mineral soaking pools. Very eco-friendly practices - loved it! Best of all, the extremely, friendly, helpful and responsive staff. Shoutout to Chloe and Poppy who helped with early checkin, calling airport for lost water bottle, booking canopy tour, suggesting restaurants for vegetarians… they were so friendly and helpful. 5 stars and beyond!!
