This was a great option for staying with our kids. The rooms had everything we needed, the pool was a hit (the outdoor pool was semi-heated so we could use it at the start of October) as was the spa. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was such good value for money. We had a short but great time here.

The location was beautiful with the added bonus of no light or noise pollution. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The children loved the complimentary treats.

Great walking trail.
Great walking trail. The developed park at the north end of town is family friendly with playgrounds and fields. The path continues around for other views of the lake. And don't miss the Government Gardens, Rose Garden, and the real Rachel Spring.

Fantastic friendly staff that really go the extra mile. Room was very nice with big, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and elegant decoration. Very short walk to some great bars, cafes, restaurants and the Rotorua lakefront.
