Terrible noise and uncomfortable beds. Very little to no view with only one small window. Not worth the money spent.

Very comfy bed and well appointed rooms. Check in after hours was smooth with good, clear instructions. Nice and handy to lots of bars and restaurants. Beautiful hotel. I always enjoy staying there.

Went inside to see the butterflies, for $15 it was expensive...
Went inside to see the butterflies, for $15 it was expensive and there weren't that many butterflies to see really. In winter I wouldn't go here as you are rugged up for the elements outside then go inside to 32° which is very uncomfortable. I was disappointed with this.

The 3 bedroom house was so spacious and clean . The kitchen is fully functional and a dual washing and dryer are provided . Short Walking distance to the Otago Museum and George street ( restaurants and shopping) . Quiet and safe location .
Location close to Otago Museum and University campus but also just a short walk (10 minutes) to restaurants on George St. Friendly owner with nice cat. Good layout of motel and inside the apartment. Very clean.
