Nina, the extremely kind hotel staff helped locate a garage and drove me and the removed flat tyre to the garage. She even waited to drive me and the tyre back to the hotel. So we could quickly get onto our journey again. A frustrating morning turned into an unforgettably positive experience by a nice lady from the property management.
