Really good location by the cruise port. Everywhere pretty much accessible on foot from there. Hotel staff were extremely good, including making a completely new batch of pancakes at breakfast so my lactose intolerant son could enjoy some. Very much a service first place to go.

The hotel is very well located, just a five minutes walk away from the main train station and with several bus connections to both the city center and to the area where the Ringve museum and the botanical garden are. The staff was very friendly and let us leave our bags at the reception during the day while we were sightseeing. Furthermore, the breakfast was good, and they had free waffles in the afternoon.
