I want to put an extra thank you to the staff of the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur. They went above and beyond, we're incredibly proffessional and kind. We had an issue with their restaurant (I am not sure if it's their restaurant but it's part of the hotel), and not only were they very understanding when we explained what happened, they gave us a gift for the inconvience caused.
The bed was very nice, not the best we've ever had, but definitely very comfortable for a good night of sleep. The room layout was nice, but the view was the highlight. We paid extra to get a high view of the 2 towers and it was certainly worth it, an once in a life time experience.
The location is incredibly central with a nice park just around the corner.

Short drive from other KL attractions. Excellent staff and service, super friendly and helpful. Convenience store downstairs opens at 7am and closes quite late at night. There is also a supermarket in Suria KLCC. Helped us with a late checkout given we had a midnight flight. Kids loved the pool
I chose Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur for its unbeatable location, and it did not disappoint. Being right next to KLCC Park and just a short walk from Suria KLCC and the Petronas Towers made exploring the city extremely convenient.
