Just amazing great location very clean perfect facilities
To begin with the Check in process, I received the instructions with step by step actions prior which made my check in more easy. To state the location, Suria KLCC was juz 5 min walk from the property. So I was able to view the New Year Celebration without getting struck in the heavy traffic. The property was comfortable with required utensils. Also there was 24hrs store and 7eleven as well so my basic requirements was fulfilled. Bukit Nanas monorail is juz a 5 min walk from the place.
Excellent location - Really nice view of the KLCC tower, property across 7 eleven which opens till 12am. A few minutes walk to Suria KLCC, close to many attractions.
Excellent service and wonderful place to stay. Ease to access the hotel even using MRT, exiting via Suria KLCC mall and just a walk through the park and you'll be right in front of the hotel. Room was perfect with excellent comfort. Especially enjoyed the time at Skybar with a wonderful view of the Twin Towers. I think easily one of the best vantage point for photography of the Twin Towers.
The hotel was just beautifully decorated and so was the room. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. It's the attention to detail like leaving a bookmark on my books, tying up my power leads, sending up the luggage weighing machine to my room. It felt very special to stay there! It was very easy access to the large shopping mall, Suria KLCC. It felt good to be there at the hotel, luxurious, friendly and relaxing atmosphere.
High quality finish of the rooms - tiled floors, marbled shower. There is plenty of lighting. Clean bed sheets. Clean kitchen. Nice interior design. Private and secure. Central location. Near to Suria KLCC.
The staff were helpful and friendly. They also helped store my luggage for a few hours after I'd checked out and am waiting for my flight. They help me use the "Grab App" to call for my ride to the airport.
