Everything was perfect. We were surprised with how spacious and modern our room was. The minibar was constantly restocked, which helped us when we went exploring. The location was fantastic to visit the sights we wished to visit. Additionally, the staff made us feel really welcome and were super friendly. They also loved playing with our daughter, who had a wonderful time.
In short, we loved everything and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in KL.

Petrosains to be exact...not like it used to be 15 years ago...entrance fee higher as expected but not as interesting as it used to be...the parking fee was quite high or maybe its a normal rate being in the city centre

This place is great, don't forget to bring comfy clothes especially when taking photos outside during the day. Weather is a bit humid. During rainy days, bring your umbrella. Perfect place to take photos and chill. Chillaxed.

Would you expect one of the tallest building in the world being hardly visible if you get close to it? But this is the reality of Petronas, due to the shape of the towers and the crowded enviromnent in which they stem.

Petronas Twin Tower are known for their stunning design, impressive height, and the Sky bridge that connects them, offering breathtaking views of the city.
I visited there with my wife and daughter, and it's truly a breathtaking sight in person. The place is packed with tourists, and people are scattered everywhere, snapping pictures. It can get pretty crowded, making it a bit challenging to move around or find a spot for photos. Nonetheless, it's an absolute must-visit when you're in Malaysia.

Bite the bullet, take the tour. View from the mid-level bridge (Level 41) and near the top (Levels 83 & 86) are awesome. Each viewing platform has a time limit but you can linger at the 83rd level gift shop for a longer appreciation of the views (no time limit) where there are limited gift options versus the ground floor gift shop (many options and nicer but pricier options).

Close to KTM and MTR trains so very convenient to Batu Caves and other major sights.Great view of Petronas Twin towers and other buildings from pool level 37. Good airconditioner.
The location of the hotel is excellent with Suria KLCC and Petronas twin towers within walkable distance. Also close to main tourist attractions. The breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of dishes and one would not be able to do justice to all the food provided. The room was neat, clean and well maintained, The toilet was clean and the toiletries provided were sufficient. Room service and housekeeping was excellent. The reception area was more like a 5 star hotel.

The location is fantastic! There is an MRT station just outside the door and a mall next to it. It is very convenient and close to the Petronas Twin Towers and Kuala Lumpur. There is a washing machine, and the drying effect is excellent. The hair dryer is also very powerful. The space includes a dining room/kitchen and living room, 2 toilets, and a swimming pool and gym on the 6th floor. The decoration is also very new!

The room is big equiped with all neccessary stuff like kettle, coffee machine, washing machine with dryer (it was great!), cutlery and so on.
It is a very new B&B building with complete environment and facilities. You can see the Petronas Twin Towers from the window. The location is excellent.
It is not far from the MRT, shopping malls, Petronas Towers and night markets. It is really convenient.
