From the start we had a lovely stay with EQ. We were brought to the room and helped with our luggage, we was then shown around the room which was beautiful and the view was great! I loved looking out over the city. The staff are lovely and friendly, I had some nice chats with them. There is definitely plenty of staff on hand to help. Overall it is a beautiful hotel in a very good location and we would love to go back one day, highly recommend!

Petrosains to be exact...not like it used to be 15 years ago...entrance fee higher as expected but not as interesting as it used to be...the parking fee was quite high or maybe its a normal rate being in the city centre

Would you expect one of the tallest building in the world being hardly visible if you get close to it? But this is the reality of Petronas, due to the shape of the towers and the crowded enviromnent in which they stem.

Petronas Twin Tower are known for their stunning design, impressive height, and the Sky bridge that connects them, offering breathtaking views of the city.
I visited there with my wife and daughter, and it's truly a breathtaking sight in person. The place is packed with tourists, and people are scattered everywhere, snapping pictures. It can get pretty crowded, making it a bit challenging to move around or find a spot for photos. Nonetheless, it's an absolute must-visit when you're in Malaysia.

Bite the bullet, take the tour. View from the mid-level bridge (Level 41) and near the top (Levels 83 & 86) are awesome. Each viewing platform has a time limit but you can linger at the 83rd level gift shop for a longer appreciation of the views (no time limit) where there are limited gift options versus the ground floor gift shop (many options and nicer but pricier options).

We really enjoyed our time here and was sad to leave. The staff are lovely, friendly and very helpful. The room was beautiful also as was the pool with its fantastic view of the Petronas twin towers. This means also you are in a great location to get to the twin towers on foot
Great central location to Petronas twin towers and KLCC. Good access to the buses, taxis and trains. You can get to most areas of KLCC using a short ride via GRAB taxi service, just download the app!

Location had a great view of petronas twin towers and the room had all the amenities mentioned. Beds were comfortable and cozy and linens were clean. Check-in and check-out was smooth and convenient. It only took less than 15mins to get access and during check-out without any fuss. Very near to few attractions and 50th floor view of city skyline is amazing. I hope to stay again in near future. Convenience store within the property is a plus. My family had a great time during our journey and we stayed for 8 days.

Awesome apartment in the city centre of KL. A few minutes walking distance from the petronas twin towers & pretty close to the monorail train station Bukit Nanas. The swimming pools was really amazing. The view from the balcony quite impressive. It’s quite easy and quick to check-in & out.
The hotel really exceeded our expectations by having a great location, clean, comfortable, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. We had a great night swimming experience with a stunning view of the Petronas Twin Towers in the background. The host gave all of the instructions via WhatsApp, responded to our questions promptly, and was incredibly kind and accommodating.
I had an amazing stay at Eaton Residences in Kuala Lumpur. The location on Jalan Kia Peng is ideal, offering stunning views of the Petronas Twin Towers. The suites are spacious, modern, and well-furnished, ensuring maximum comfort. The top-floor swimming pool with panoramic city views was a highlight. The staff provided exceptional service, always attentive and helpful. Eaton Residences is perfect for both business and leisure travelers looking for luxury and convenience. Highly recommended!
