I recently stayed at EQ Hotel for 10 nights, and my experience was excellent overall. The room was exceptionally clean, with impeccable room service that made my stay comfortable. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, adding to the overall experience. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options.
One of the standout features was the hotel's restaurants, café, and bar. Each provided excellent food and drinks at reasonable prices, so I didn’t feel the need to go out or order from outside.
The reception staff were helpful and kind, and I want to give a special mention to Deputy Manager Kai. He was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. He assisted me multiple times and ensured my check-in process was fast and smooth at the beginning of my trip.
Although I wasn’t granted a late check-out, I understand it was due to the holiday season and high occupancy.
Overall, my stay was convenient, comfortable, and perfect. I highly recommend EQ Hotel and would gladly stay here again.

- staff: reception, housekeeping, breakfast, security, gardener and everyone was super friendly and professional at the same time!

Do take the time to make the short walk up the small hill to visit the Kuan Yin temple - this is a lovely place.
This is an excellent area to stay in, and has lots of budget hotels.

The location is very close to Pasar Seni station, making it easy to travel wherever you want. Petaling Street is nearby with lots of eateries and nice little bars around. The room is very clean and cozy.
In a quieter part of town but still walking distance to many sights, Petaling Street and amenities. It was a quiet hotel. There is a cafe but we didn't get a chance to try it. Good cleanliness and comfortable beds.
