Excellent location, right by the jetties and close to everything. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was very comfortable. The pool was lovely and stayed open until 9pm. The breakfast was good.

Charming boutique hotel in a central location. Attentive and friendly staff. It has the ambiance of having stepped into another era. The tour of this historical site is also very interesting. A must if you want to experience the real Georgetown.

Amazing!!! Staff were super friendly and helpful! We received a warm welcome from Hema who greeted us with refreshing nutmeg/lime juice and told us all about the city’s attractions. She arranged for us to have an amazing breakfast to go packed as we had an early morning departure on our check out day. Room was spacious and gorgeous!!! They have done a fabulous job keeping an authentic Penang feel to the decor. Location was walkable to many attractions. Mr Lim was so kind and helpful!!! The breakfast was spectacular!!! So many choices and coffee was amazing!!! If you are looking for a great place to stay in Georgetown - Campbell House is the place for you!!!

Great value for money. Aside from the double bed, you also get two additional single mattresses, a sofa bed, and a futon. Good location at Bayan Lepas not far from 2nd Penang Bridge.
I would say the same thing over and over again is a full seaview with penang bridge visible from my room and the living room!
The sun rise was just awesome
The location and view are amazing. You have a clear view of the Penang Bridge and sunrise. The host and property were excellent. I initially did not read the check-in instructions clearly and the host was available immediately to remedy my mistake.
The view from the spacious balcony was very nice. Great for pictures of the second Penang bridge. The location is very quiet but we chose it because it's very convenient to leave in the morning without traffic jam.
Sparkling clean unit and very nice window view that can see the Penang bridge. The location is strategic and easy to get food surrounding especially Kayu Nasi Kandar is just opposite. Will come again for sure.
The family suite was simply marvelous with dining area, living area, an office area/room that also acts as a mini pantry with ironing board which also can be used as solat area.
View was spectacular as it was sea facing with the 2nd Penang bridge.
