A lovely hotel with courteous and helpful staff. The room was big and the bathroom huge. The balcony was excellent and had chairs and a table plus sun loungers and parasol. Everything was very clean and the mini bar was stocked free on arrival. Huge and very comfortable bed. Flip flops and robes provided. We did not use the pool, which is downstairs and looked quite small. The location is right near the historic old town, jetties, Little India and China town. So much to eat and drink around there.

I was amazed when i drove into the carpark, the security guard already expected my arrivals. Plenty of local foods surroundings and close to Penang bridge, therefore accessible to many places. A cozy business trip hotel for me.
The view from my room was stunning! Can clearly see Penang bridge, airplanes, sunset & setia park. Booked it during deepavali, had fun watching fireworks from the room.
A Good place to stay for family with kids. Big size apartment with nice view of penang bridge & sea. So convenient with variety stores are available on foodpanda as it is near to Queensbay Mall. For Security & car park i give 5 stars (we came with 2 cars). Facilities & furnishings are quite old, but still ok, comfortable for 6 of us & really worth it. BTW, we stayed for 4 days and will be our first choice if we come to Penang again.

The hotel is located nearby the shopping mall and the link to the 2nd. Penang Bridge. This would very much facilitate the guest of Eastin Hotel to travel to those shopping mall such as QueensBay, Ikea, Design Village and various food centres.
