Great location and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was perfect and cleaned daily. Room service was quick and food arrived hot. Any issues that I had staff were available to assist and resolve.

There are many other street foods available for a lot less and without the touristic fanfare. The Nest on Imbi (Jalan Imbi) offers better priced foods during the day and some of them into the evening with large fans overhead.

The only good thing is the location - it is located close to some of the popular tourist places and has multiple corner shops and small restaurants nearby. It is about 10 mins walk away from Jalan Alor Market.
Location is great. It is walkable to Raja Chulan and Bukit Bintang Monorail stations. Also, it is 5 min walk to the famous Jalan Alor food street. We got a room with a view of Merdeka 118 building which is the 2nd tallest building in the world. A lane next to the property is full of bars and pubs. Many restaurants are nearby the property.

Room was good. The price was cheap compared to other hotel, but don't expect to much. You get what you paid.
The hotel location is very central and within walking distance to Jalan Alor and Pavilian Shopping Mall.
The gym, swimming pool, restaurants inside the complex and staff are super friendly 👌

Staff is the first best thing. Special mention to Gia who was just lovely. I stayed in 4 hotels in Malaysia and only Gia was spot on with customer service skills. She is such an asset for this hotel. Location is great as well. 24/7 stores near by. And Jalan alor and shopping centre like pavilion just 10 mins walk.
Location is the best less than 10 min walking distance to Raja Chulan Monorail station, walking distance to Petronas/ KL Menara Tower/Jalan Alor Night Market. A bit cramp for a family of 3 (but they were able to squeeze in a cot bed for our 2 year old baby and employees helped us immediately when we needed them!) breakfast is ok (they have various types of bread, kombutcha drafts, salads, fruits, English breakfast (no pork), malaysian dishes.
Location was the best part. Very central and easy to explore the main attractions in Kuala Lumpur. Jalan Alor street market was just around the corner. Decent stay all around.
