The entire experience at Banyan Tree was amazing: perfect location, everything was up to the 5 stars, including cleanliness, services, and the staff. We tried pretty much everything: the restaurant, the cocktail bar, the spa, the room service, the high tea, and we loved everything we did.

I recently stayed at EQ Hotel for 10 nights, and my experience was excellent overall. The room was exceptionally clean, with impeccable room service that made my stay comfortable. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, adding to the overall experience. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options.
One of the standout features was the hotel's restaurants, café, and bar. Each provided excellent food and drinks at reasonable prices, so I didn’t feel the need to go out or order from outside.
The reception staff were helpful and kind, and I want to give a special mention to Deputy Manager Kai. He was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. He assisted me multiple times and ensured my check-in process was fast and smooth at the beginning of my trip.
Although I wasn’t granted a late check-out, I understand it was due to the holiday season and high occupancy.
Overall, my stay was convenient, comfortable, and perfect. I highly recommend EQ Hotel and would gladly stay here again.

It's really good for long time stay
Very happy as staff were very friendly, efficient. Location was very good with Jalan Alor right opposite the hotel and it's near to all locations in Bukit Bintang.
In the heart of bukit bitang and so accessible to Jalan Alor, Pavillion Mall and so many nearby shops... the view from the 39th floor is just wow! The skyline swimming pool view is amazing!
Clean apartment with nice view. Peaceful and quiet environment. Can walk to KLCC Suria Mall, Pavilion, Bukit Bintang area and Jalan Alor food street. And have many eateries nearby the apartment too. Good location.
Location near to main road link to Berjaya TImes Square where is also near to Jalan Alor food street behind the hotel and got a few convenience store to buy your necessary daily. Got mamak shop nearby to have your supper when you are hungry.
