Location is dynamite. Security is attentive and available 24/7. Building is fairly soundproof considering the loud restaurants in the area. 2 BR suite is beautiful, perfect for a family. The location was excellent. Really enjoyed the option of coffee and snacks all day. The staff always was super helpful and cared about details. The breakfasts were delicious with lots of options. I liked how 2 pitchers of filtered water were delivered to the room each day avoiding lots of plastic bottles.

We did four halls (out of 22) in over 3 hours; the information person advised us to do #4 Teotihuacan, #6 Mexica, #7 Oaxaca, and #9 Maya. Each hall has one or two explanations in English; the rest are in Spanish. There is no English-language guide book for sale in the gift shop. Consider hiring a guide. Nice cafe in a nice setting.
