Our family of 6 enjoyed a wonderful week at Sina Suites. We booked two comfortable Junior Suites, which provided a basic but suitable base for our stay.
The bedrooms were surprisingly large, and the hotel itself is beautiful and relaxing, making it a perfect escape. We particularly enjoyed its proximity to the lagoon; we even had the thrill of spotting a crocodile!
Its location was ideal, within walking distance of the lively hotel zone shops and restaurants. The convenient bus service also made exploring easy.
We were especially impressed by the kind and helpful staff, particularly Ramiro, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We highly recommend Sina Suites for a convenient and peaceful Cancun vacation. We will definitely be back!

The location is very good, the beach’s are a lot less busy than closer to the main strip, the pools were great as there’s an adults only pool and a family pool. The alcoholic drinks they offered were great as well, overall it’s a solid 8/10, only just missing on a 10/10 for the lack of variety in their food selection.

First it’s not expensive at $20 per person after they gave us gin & scotch!
$1000US for a table is highway robbery!!! They also have a shooter girl who drinks shots and adds it to your bill! Any drinks outside the gin & scotch are really expensive. The butlers stole my wallet out of Andrea’s zipped up purse! 15000 pesos, 3 credit cards, 2 debit cards, 3 grams of blow and my health card from Canada 🇨🇦 Coco Bongos never go it’s a complete rip off!!!

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. They'll try to overcharge you with free drinks and a table and inside there are no enough tables and they charge you again for the drinks. It was a terrible night where the staff and security people treated us poorly and laughed at us. The next night we went to Mandala Beach and we had a great time. Save your precious time and go directly there and avoid Coco Bongo.

don't let them pre open the bottles. they have fake seals and are watered down! we literally drank rum right out of the bottle like it was water.. if they could be honest about the booze it would eaisly be a 5/5 rating, but when they rip you off, you don't get the value for your money and its just poor business...
The location of the Hotel was great. Just beside Coco Bongo and has a nice white sand beach at the back. Beach can be accessed from the Hotel. Nearby it has multiple souvenir stores, convinience stores, bars and restaurants. The awesome part of this Hotel is the sea facing Patio ( if you chose ocean front rooms). One may spend whole night sitting at the patio with couple of beers and enjoying the sea. 😊

The condo is old but somewhat updated. Lots of seating and a good fridge. Great a/c. The balcony view is unbeatable. The staff were nice and helpful. Coco Bongo beach party is loud from noon to night but the door closes out much of the noise. If you want a quiet balcony this is not the place for you, as the beach is busy all day and even late into the night. Security is good and the condo felt safe, as did the streets and beach.
Everything was great, very clean and modern. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They recommended restaurants and tours that would make my trip to Cancun fun. Huge shout out to Juan for saving me with a last-minute booking to see Coco Bongo for my birthday. The food is also great; the rooftop bar made the best soft shell crab tacos I’ve ever had. Highly recommend going.
Perfect location for young people looking to socialise. Every evening AND day the hostel has fun socialising activities. The pool is more like a large tub that always has folks sitting and sipping on a drink. The games and decor ensure a vibrancy.
Location also excellent. Very safe, near all the night party spots like coco bongo and the beach (5 min walk) and yet peaceful enough to have a silent sleep
