The hotel is managed by a very diligent lady.
She does her work well and gives you excellent advices. You can book your activities in the city with her.
I recommend you that if you're going to inle lake as a tourist you could bring some clothes or canned food to give to the people. The situation got bad since the flooding on September, so every help will be appreciated.

Everything was wonderful.
Very nice people, replying to the messages I was sending them prior to the day that we had made the booking. Trying to give us information and showed a lot of support because we didn’t have anything planned and needed some assistance.
Excellent breakfast!! EXCELLENT!!
A very nice clean place where the power generator was on and we had light and internet.
Internet excellent!!!!
There is nothing we didn’t like.
I only wish people choose this place when they come to Lake Inle for their visit.
It’s great location great close to restaurants and easy to go to the boats and go for a tour.
I wish them all
The best from my heart!

The management team was excellent. They were most helpful for everything we needed (bus booking, lake trip booking, etc). I got sick the last day and they allowed us a late check out for a very reasonable price, and the manager even went to buy some fruit as I couldn’t eat other things.
To really see how the locals live, head to Mingalar Market. With shops selling everything under the sun and few backpackers in sight, it’s a far cry from the touristed street markets of Southeast Asia. You’ll find inexpensive fruits and veggies, household goods, clothing, plus restaurants, barbers and even a karaoke stall.
