The hosts and the maid are very kind, helpful and communicative. The apartment was clean and has everything you need for a vaction. There is safe private parking. The location is perfect, few minutes to the Old Town, few minutes more to Mogren beach.
The location is exceptional. Would recommend %100. 5 minutes to Old Town and Mogren Beach which is the best beach in Budva Center. Two more beaches in walking distance. Also 5 minutes walking distance to shops and rent a car places. Our host Lidija Bak was always available, friendly and very welcoming. Accomodation was very clean. Furniture and appliances were old but everything properly functioning and very clean.
The people that works in hotel was friendly and cheerful, location was amazing in the middle of center and mogren beach, they met all our demand and request, i recommend to stay to everyone
The apartment has an amazing view, is very clean and equipped with all necessary facilities. It is located in the old town, with restaurants nearby and an amazing Mogren Beach just minutes away. Plus, the host was super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended!

Host was really nice, Katerina met us at the property, show everything and gave some useful advices regarding our stay.
Apartment was nice, exactly as shown on the pictures. Clean, comfortable, has all required facilities and big enough for 2 people. There are several supermarkets in the area. Old town was 15-20 mins to walk and beach was 5 mins walk (though we did not really like city beach and prefer to walk to Mogren beach or drive to Juz beach).
I definitely recommend this apartment!
Starting from day 1 until the end of our stay, everything was exceptional, hotel staff, Hemingway cafe waiters with their welcoming beautiful smile! Hotel in fantastic location at the old town, walking distance to Mogren Beach! I had breakfast, lunch and dinner, Food was tasty and divine…Room was clean equipped with nice espresso machine and coffee for free on daily basis! If I will come back to Budva, def I will come to this hotel

- The only place where covid safety measures are respected, hand sanitizer everywhere, social distance between tables, etc.. I felt very safe comparing to other places in Budva
