Mister Youssuf and the staff in both reception, breakfast room and restaurant was nice, friendly and service minded and made our stay very comfortable. The location was perfect and safe - and had very nice terraces. The breakfast was also very good with different fruits and specialties every day. The room was cosy and the bed very good. We give our warmest recommendations to this ryad and its people.

I wouldn’t bother really it’s a fairly empty shopping centre, it has a sports shop some perfume and phone shops and a small supermarket but unless you forgot to bring your gym kit it’s not got much there.

Small shopping area with lots of caffès and fast food restaurants and has few international and local shops for men & women including cosmetics and grocery shopping. There is only one small traditional Moroccan food but with distinctive and excellent taste called Tajine.

The hotel was calm, clean and comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good, about 25 minutes walk to the madness of the Medina, 20 minutes walk to Menara Mall and there were lots of nice restaurants and bars close by.
The pool area on the rooftop was great and the restaurant served good food too. Breakfast was excellent.
My second time at the Savoy, I visited in May and decided to spend Christmas there with my family. We were not disappointed. I love the breakfast, location was great and the supermarket next door (in Menara Mall) was convenient. Room service was excellent and the amazing staff who cleaned the rooms were very thorough and polite.

Nearly everything the rooms were spacious& clean the staff were very friendly especially the restaurant staff and it’s in very close vicinity to menara mall and a short drive to the jemaa el-fna I would definitely recommended this hotel it’s one of the nicest hotels in this location which was perfect

A great retreat that lives up to its name. It is truly a secret garden sanctuary away from the bustle of Marrakesh in a quiet street in the leafy garden suburb of L'Hivernage. The suburb and property are very quiet, the property is surrounded by gardens and filled with birdsong. Still easy accessible to Menara Mall, banks and the city. The building itself is a restored villa with good soundproofing and blackouts. Beds very comfortable, free WiFi and welcomed with mint tea and sweets.
