The staff are very helpful and friendly and accommodating. Stay in the hotel for several days and I honestly don't have a complaint! I wouldn’t bother really it’s a fairly empty shopping centre, it has a sports shop some perfume and phone shops and a small supermarket but unless you forgot to bring your gym kit it’s not got much there.

Small shopping area with lots of caffès and fast food restaurants and has few international and local shops for men & women including cosmetics and grocery shopping. There is only one small traditional Moroccan food but with distinctive and excellent taste called Tajine.

This hotel is amazing, the deluxe rooms are beautiful, the staff cannot do enough for you so friendly and welcoming, a special mention to Nora on front of house she is a credit to the hotel and fantastic she did so much for us and anything we asked she went above and beyond she made us feel so welcome.

Location Location Location…well maintained rooms ultimately luxury. Staff well trained and very welcoming. Very hospitable security at the main entrance. And I thank your warm welcome specially Mr Ousama and Moutasem you are an asset for the hotel.. near the souk, Menara Mall walking distance, train and bus station to other cities also walking distance… you are the middle of Marrakech.
Good location 10 min drive to menara mall and 10 mins to main markets. Staff are responsive to needs as they gave us a blanket because it was cold but they always take about 15 minutes for things you ask to actually arrive. The shower is big, the water pressure is great and the water is hot.
The hotel was calm, clean and comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good, about 25 minutes walk to the madness of the Medina, 20 minutes walk to Menara Mall and there were lots of nice restaurants and bars close by.
The pool area on the rooftop was great and the restaurant served good food too. Breakfast was excellent.
My second time at the Savoy, I visited in May and decided to spend Christmas there with my family. We were not disappointed. I love the breakfast, location was great and the supermarket next door (in Menara Mall) was convenient. Room service was excellent and the amazing staff who cleaned the rooms were very thorough and polite.
The hotel was super clean.
We really enjoyed our stay.
