I never see such a beautifull Hotel, design is just another dimension, the food the best in morocco, the staff is a dream people here are so kind starting by the director till the cleaner is army of kindness, the rooms are big and very well decorated, you can see the details of royalty. Believe me when you taste Royal Mansour you don’t want to go anywhere else. Bravo bravo for this beauty in Morocco, at the end I wanna stay all year here

Good location, Decent breakfast. Had a really good interaction with the service manager during breakfast. He was really nice and helpful and attentive. Made sure we got everything and helped us with out table and made suggestions for the day. Which was a nice touch.

It started out with a lost cellphone in the taxi we took. The staff went above and beyond to help us find it. They called a taxi, they translated, they helped us with Find my Phone. They were lifesavers. After we settled that, everytime we saw any of the staff they were super friendly and checked in with us. Anything we needed they were ready to help. The hotel itself, including breakfast, was great.

It is a short and straightforward walk from the Casa Voyageurs train station which connects to the airport with trains every hour. The hotel is bright, modern, and cheerful and the rooms are spacious. The front desk personnel are friendly and attentive. There is a mall just next door which has a Marjane supermarket. All in all this hotel is a good choice for those in transit.
We had a 2 night stay at this hotel. Front Desk staff Abdurrahim was extremely professional and helpful. very clean and convenient hotel located right in front of the Casa Voyageurs train station. The rooms are small, but all needs for a brief stay are met. excellent breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.
Great location at Casa Voyageurs train station, direct train connection to the airport and tram to the city center is in front of the hotel. Good breakfast buffet. Rooms are Ibis standard, small and no luxury but all basic needs for a night or two are met. Rooms are well sound proof so the train station does not bother guests at all. Nice little courtyard behind the restaurant that invites to a chilled time.
Clean, modern, in a mall with lots of restaurants and supermarket (Marjane). 15 minutes walk to Casa Voyageurs train station. Front desk staff Zenid was friendly, courteous and helpful. They gave us mint tea and biscuits upon arrival because we used Booking. We felt very welcome; highly recommend this hotel!
Great access to Casa Voyageurs train station and great access to the city tram. The water pressure was good, there was hot water and air conditioning worked and the beds were pretty comfortable. The staff was great and accommodating.
