The staff was the kindest I have met in a long time. They adapted to our check in schedule, politely asked us for the best time to clean the room, and one rainy day they even lent us their personal umbrella.

The room was very confortable with a very large smart tv connected to the internet. The beautiful bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower was such a plus. They provide you with all needed toiletry and the staff was really say nice :)

We picked this hotel as we had enjoyed staying at the Lotte in Seoul and although there were probably nicer locations, it was good for accessing lots of different parts of Busan and the surrounding area by private and public transport. It's part of the Lotte group, and has a large gym.

Excellent location, few steps away from Seomyeon station. Room cleaned everyday, was nice and spacious with aircon working perfectly. Staff, helpful and friendly. It was real value for money compared with Seoul hotels prices. They also had coin operated washing machine and dryer.

Although the hotel is located one strop from Seomyeon station (an interchange station) on the metro, it is still on a good location because there is an entrance of the underground shopping mall which is connected to Seomyeon station. (5-7 minute-walk)
Travelling to and from the airport is convenient if taking the metro from Seomyeon station. (Only one transfer is required.)
Clean and comfortable and equipped with everything I needed. Short walk from seomyeon station with lots of places to eat and get coffee nearby. Breakfast was super yummy and different everyday. It was only super busy during the weekend and still not too bad if you go early.
Familiar with the location Side road but with google map easy to find. Walkable within 6 mins with luggage from Exit 7 Seomyeon station.
The bathrobe was soft & silky comfortable. I like the extra sink outside of bathroom/toilet. Housekeeping was efficient too. Front desk staff a bit quiet unless you have questions to ask them. Free mineral water at fridge at lobby so we can take what we need. Free use of washing machine with free soap detergent.
Very spacious room - it even has a terrace with a hot tub (which was not utilised by us). Located very close to exit 12 of seomyeon station and we can walk easily to seomyeon market for food. Busan in general has attractions that are super far from each other so seomyeon has two metro lines which helped with connectivity.
Well stocked with bottled water and housekeeping service is provided (when requested).
Large room and bathroom (Many unutilised spaces bcs of it), walking distance Seomyeon station (Exit 7) and market, youtube on TV, basic bathroom amenities available. Newly opened on 2023, overall good place to stay. If you arrive from Busan Central bus terminal, take line 1 to Seomyeon station from Nopo station (This station connects to the bus terminal).
Amazing location - close to a really great area for food and nightlife. Seomyeon Station within minutes to go wherever you need to in Busan. The studio has great amenities, washing machine and drying rack for clothes - great to have while travelling.
