Location here can’t be beat, in the heart of Myeongdong and right around the corner from the night market and all the shopping you could need. Staff were excellent, with an easy check-in process and great facilities like a coin laundry onsite. Hotel has a funky movie theme that we loved.

Lotte is my go to hotels every time I'm in South Korea. This one had easy access to everything with just an elevator ride down to the ground floor or basement levels. Bellhop service was on point during check in and check out! Best location when going to Lotte world amusement park.

Excellent hotel! Upon arrival you are met by a very helpful and attentive concierge staff. The hotel lobby was very clean and check-in process was very fast. The room is spacious and classy. The comfort room is spacious. Housekeeping staff can be called easily and very helpful. The buffet breakfast food choices are very good. The location is excellent. It is just beside Lotte World Mall and just walking distance to the Metro station (Line 2, Jamsil station).
I like that it has the bus and the subway in the bottom of the hotel. The supermarket and the department store was really convenient. And we did not have to travel far for Lotte World
There is mini laundry facility inside bath room, there is a projector so we can show tv on ceiling while laying down on bed, one area with dept store and amusement indoor Lotte World… it’s like one stop holiday area at seoul

It is not just about the shopping of course we have seen the palaces and the shrine as well as we went to Lotte World which was amazing! We had an awesome day the day pass was not that expensive and there were not a big vrowd ao we enjoyed the shows the icerink, rollercoaters, some fast food, icecream and so much more. I highly recomend it. Lotte is huge it has an amusement park, a mart, a mall amd many things on 5-9 floors perfect for shopping or just looking around a bit.
