The rooms are adequately sized and maintained. Staff are very professional and friendly.
Love the free popcorn during check-in and most of all the free in room beverages in the refrigerator.

Location was excellent. Adjacent to Coex mall, Oakwood Mall and Starfield Library. 15mins taxi ride to Lotte World Tower. The staffs at front door/concierge were friendly and very helpful. They helped us booked taxi rides and helped with our luggages. We got the 2bedroom apartment and it was big, comfy and felt like home. Would definitely stay again.
We had different floors because there was only 1 available at the residential floor. The washing machine was hard to operate because nothing was in English. We got help from a girl working in room service . The mall was connected to the hotel so, was very convenient . The LOTTE world entrance was also connected to the hotel so, that was good also. The front desk people was good and efficient . The room service was great…food prepared was delicious and hot when it arrived to our room.
Very convenient to all locations, 7 min walk to station for lotte world or gimpo intml airport. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was decent. Staff was very polite, helpful. Its definately value for money.

Staff was friendly. Free water and refreshments included on the second floor. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even the Ken’s that did not speak English well. They tried their best! Rooms are fairly clean. Lots of restaurants right outside the hotel and area. Lotte world mall and tower and park is minutes within walking distance.
Overall good value as well with the price I’m paying. Not much amenities. But good enough for a hotel stay.
The location can’t be better than this. It’s close to Metro, Coex mall and many restaurants and bakeries. There are 2 convenient stores on the first floor. The best part is the view from the room. Even though room is in smaller side, two sided , floor to ceiling windows make it feel much larger. We had a great view of Lotte world tower . Owner was quick to reply to our inquiries.

It is not just about the shopping of course we have seen the palaces and the shrine as well as we went to Lotte World which was amazing! We had an awesome day the day pass was not that expensive and there were not a big vrowd ao we enjoyed the shows the icerink, rollercoaters, some fast food, icecream and so much more. I highly recomend it. Lotte is huge it has an amusement park, a mart, a mall amd many things on 5-9 floors perfect for shopping or just looking around a bit.
