The hospitality was wonderful -- a warm greeting and kindness from every staff person. The tea room was lovely and we dined on Peking duck at the restaurant which was exceptional. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The morning breakfast was delicious.

Excellent service and hotel interior design. I had a lot of requests in advance of my stay and the team were very polite and made all requests happen. The restaurant MIO even created a vegetarian course menu for me. Very nice lake view and the food in the bar and breakfast was good as well. Just as you would expect from a five star hotel. I’ve stayed in multiple five star hotels in Seoul and the Sofitel was the best so far. I will be back soon.

It is located next to Lotte world. It has discounted tickets for Lotte world, and there is a door that we can easily reenter. Beautiful place, fantastic amenities, very clean. Well located next to a mall with eateries and shopping. Great and helpful staff.
The location is superb! It was located at the front of Lotte World and Seokchon Lake so you can look at the park and easily know the weather outside. It is 13 mins. from Jamsil station of Line 2 and 11 mins. From Seokchon Gobun station of Line 9. There are many restaurants and convenience stores below the building. The instructions are clear just use Google Translate. The bathroom is clean with bidet toilet.
The Staff were very friendly and it was in a perfect location...a 15 minutes walk would get you from the Hotel to the Lotte World Mall that was good for shopping & just relaxing.
Apart from the mall there were a number of food places nearby where one could grab a quick meal. Really great location and would definitely recommend it.
