Great place to stay, nice pool, rooms are clean and modern with small decoration within room. The team working within the facilities is well managed and very friendly - very Efficient with helping us and always making sure our stay is as comfortable as possible. We used the massage service which was great. They arranged early morning trips for us as well and it was very fun experience. Can recommend anyone looking for a great place to stay within siemreap !

I really enjoyed my stay in the Urban, the staff was very kind and friendly, I was always welcomed with a cold towel and a delicious cold cinnamon tea, the room was clean and big enough, fast WiFi and nice swimming pool too, the location is very convenient near the main street and restaurants but no too close to hear all the noise from pub street, just perfect. Can’t talk enough about the staff always with a big smile, ready to help if I need transportation or something else, I felt like home. Highly recommend it.

We loved every aspect. hotel staff who was friendly and helpful. I would say the staff overall made the stay wonderful. The hotel staff at the front desk were so nice and help us arranged everything from tours to dinner show and provided us with plenty of information, The rooms are spacious and clean, comfy bed and I love the room balcony, and the housekeeping staff was so fast with the room service. Pool is nice and a great spot to relax and cooldown from the hot weather.

I got the best service at this hotel. Everything there is so wonderful, the staffs is so lovely i forgot to ask his name on that day, he help us a lots giving me more time to stay at the hotel before departure without charging also take us to the bus station, i can't say enough good things about this hotel. Swimming pool with good environment. the room was lovely and neat everything was well appointed and we couldn't be more happy. Would love to get a second stay in the future!

I would rank the location a ten out of ten. The staff was very competent and pleasant, yet it was only a short walk to the old market or bar street. Because of their excellent organization, our short stay in Siem Reap allowed us to visit all the significant temples.

Great location. Only 2 -5 minutes walk to Pub St, Riverside, old market, night market. The street hotel is very quiet. Many restaurants to choose from. The staff were also great. They can help arrange any tours. Hotel Tuk tuk driver Savy was excellent.
Beautiful, cosy, welcoming hotel and staff. Everybody is very professional and friendly. The hotel is great, in a nice location. The pool on the rooftop is very nice, and the water is probably chilled a little bit, so it didn't feel like a hot soup despite the very hot weather when we were there. The location is close to the center (Pub street, Old market, night market) but far enough so you don't hear the music on from pub street which is very loud. The value for money is outstanding.
Staff met all expectations. Solid breakfast. Small pool, good for cooling off but not for laps. Had two great foot massages. Tuk tuk cabs are readily available $2 to old market. Lots of restaurants and bars. Hotel has a classic Cambodian dance show and dinner. It’s worth seeing.
