The staff were so amazing, especially Yosep who was waiting outside to greet me when I first arrived even though it was 10pm at night and he gave me a seat and refreshing drink to welcome me. He then helped me get tickets to the circus, brought me bug spray from the store, and arranged a driver and tour for me that were the best part of my trip. He was so kind, helpful, responsive, and knowledgable throughout my entire stay. My trip, and my stay at The Nature, would not have been as amazing without all of his help and guidance!

We did not like the first room we received and the staff upgraded us to very nice family room on 5 floor. nice breabreakfasts, comfortable beds, place to rest by the pool after travel day
