The localisation is convenient. It is not very far from the old town - it is easy to get for example to Fort Jesus with a tuk tuk. The place is guarded. The room was modest but clean and comfortable.
The staff and guard were friendly and helpful. Rooms were modest but quite clean. Breakfast was simple but good. Location is good if you want to experience the Old Town and Fort Jesus, but far from beaches.

It’s an Oasis in busy Mombasa located in the very heart of old town close to Fort Jesus and market area. Sit on the balcony with view of the Indian Ocean. Enjoy a swim in the beautiful water with the locals. Davide and the crew are very helpful and passionate to make your stay feeling home. The food is excellent. Enjoyed my morning tea a lot. At around six pm you see the monkeys in the palm trees to say good night
Very clean and comfortable apartment in the center of the old town, a few minutes walk to Fort Jesus. The treasure of this apartment is its owner, a very friendly, competent woman who helps us all the time.

Clean, tidy, newly renovated and very well placed in the Mombasa island CBD. Close to the Old Town and Fort Jesus. With all the road works happening on the road to Bumburi Beach, this location is much better! The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
Great postcolonial building, you can really relax. Very comfortable room with great balcony and view to ocean. Nice bar and open till 10 p.m. swimming pool. Some small monkeys around :) It is not in old city, but it's even better because it is more calm, ocean view and only 10 minutes by bolt/uber (around 300 KES) to achieve Fort Jesus.
We were a group of 5 - our apartment was upgraded ( without asking for it). The Ocean front balcony was a great bonus and we spent a lot of time on the balcony - watching Fort Jesus especially at sunset & sunrise. Also there was a cool breeze all the time - this was a bonus also as Mombasa was very very hot - this was my 2nd visit and no complaints -
Spacious room with working aircondition. Although close to a noisy street, the room was quiet and comfortable. Large breakfast, although limited in choice. Perfect location for walks to Old Town and the Fort Jesus area.
We really enjoyed our stay. The room, restaurant and pool were all very good and the maintenance and cleaning was first class. Breakfast was also very good and all the staff are friendly and efficient. We will certainly return again. The hotel is in easy reach of all Mombasa (Fort Jesus, old town, beach and shopping mall by tuk-tuk).
