The hotel was in a convenient location, close to a metro stop so that we were able to travel from Kyoto by express local trains without having to change at Kyoto main station. The staff were friendly and facilities for storing luggage after checkout and before onwards travel were excellent. Complementary coffee and soft drinks in a spacious common area were also appreciated
