All staff are very nice, especially one Thai staff is very helpful and provided all info we asked. The complimentary drinks service in the lobby are great and appreciated. Hotel Parking is just across the road. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant was fully booked. We had to eat out.

We appreciated the effort of the hotel staff for helping us in our stay at the chalet, including retrieving the ring fallen at the water pipes, and providing a water bucket to us for playing with fireworks.
