Location is excellent, walking distance to multiple food options. Shuttle for skiing was very easy, we used it everyday. Free ski lockers and boot dryers were a major bonus. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Coffee shop located in the hotel was awesome, a little pricy for the area, but food was really good.

10 minute walk to Grand Hirafu Base & the Main Street. Offered free shuttle upon arrival to Hirafu welcome center and to the slopes from 7:45-10:00am. Also had paid shuttle anywhere else. Comes with breakfast and dinner. Room was big enough for a group of 4, although like any other Japanese hotel not much room for luggages but you can store them under the bed. Ski lockers were very convenient and helped with saving space as well.
The staff was friendly and helpful. We used the onsens every day and enjoyed the comfortable beds and breakfasts. The ski equipment storage was useful. The other guests we met were also very friendly and that made for a better experience. The residence was close to the town, convenience stores, and restaurants. The van drop-off at the Hirafu Welcome Center was very helpful for us to get to our next destination. We'll definitely have to come back to Niseko!
Easy-to-understand check-in and nice and quiet. Small rooms but use of space was great for a single traveler.
The Wi-Fi/internet was fast so I could do as well (125mbps speed).
About, 8-10 min walk to the bus station that takes you to Niseko welcome center. Also, the same bus stop can take you to Rusutsu as well.

We stayed in a room with a private onsen that was incredible. The onsen had a view of mt. yotei and was very comfortable. The room was spacious and clean! The location cannot be beat. Ski in/out with spacious ski lockers for each room!! Also very close to the Hirafu welcome center and walking distance to lots of restaurants
Lodging was better than I expected and staff was so nice. Everything was close by. Restaurants, bars, Lawson, and seicomart all within 5 minutes walk. Facilities super clean. Didn’t know they do welcome center pickups to lodging. Walked it down on the snowiest day of the year. Now I know.
