I really love eveything about this hotel: the design, the facilities, the staff, the breakfast and the location. The sky spa (hot public bath) does help you relax from the long walk trip. Now when travelling in Japan, I only look for hotels with hot public bath.

Not expensive, about 50$ for a night, close to wakayama station, breakfast included. Spatious room overall when compared to other hotels in japan. Staff very nice and private. Lots of amenities available.
The location is just next to Wakayama Station. Room is spacious by Japanese standard and very clean. The staff is cordial and my luggage was sent to my room.
Great location! Less than 10min walk from the wakayama station (all flat roads, no hills). The onsen was great and you also get some random freebies (free coffee in the afternoon, free popsicles, free ramen at night, etc.). Room is not big but that's normal for Japanese hotels, we did not spend a whole lot of time inside the room so it didn't matter too much anyways. Would recommend this place.
Comfortable, spacious and clean room and hotel overall, just a few minutes' walk from Wakayama station. Staff was friendly and helpful. I spent only one night here with a late-ish arrival and early check-out but enjoyed my short stay very much.
Direct access from Wakayama station, very friendly and helpful staff who willgo out of their way to make your stay exceptional, clean and tidy interior, cozy rooftop bar
Clean, comfortable room. Really nice buffet breakfast, reasonably priced, and the dining room has an excellent view of Wakayama castle. The location of the hotel is good for sightseeing at Wakayama castle and about 10 mins from Wakayamashi Station (Wakayama station is further away)
Very convenient location, a five-minutes walk from Wakayama Station. Very friendly staff. I also liked the bento sale in the first floor, and around 4 pm you can get discounted ones.
