Staff were excellent. Helpful, friendly, and very polite. Facilities were great. Premier lounge was great, and level 47 was great for the kids. Rooms were large, clean, and very comfortable. My kids had a great time in the kids area on level 47, and the massage at Sky Salon was brilliant. Teppanyaki restaurant in the hotel was expensive, but iit was great food.

The hotel is conveniently located between Higashikitazawa and Shimokitazawa, Shinjuku and Shibjya areas are easily accessible. But SHIMOKITAZAWA itself with a young subculture, music clubs, second hand clothing stores etc is also interesting itself enough.
