The location is great, next to Senso Ji temple, with many izakayas and restaurants nearby. The rooms are very quiet, we didn't hear the sounds of the street, or the noises of other guests. The staff was really helpful. It was nice to have some drip coffee among the amenities.

It was convenient to check in and the instructions were clear. The location was conveniently near ueno station. It had all the facilities needed for an apartment stay.
A very convenient location within five-minutes reach of JR Ueno station and stations of two metro lines, meaning very easy transit to whatever places in Tokyo and Suburbs and both airports. Quite a few convenient stores around the hotel. The room is not big but big enough for a short stay, and is clean. Rooms at upper floors can see SkyTree. Although there is no room services and housekeeping, I can get clean towels and bath mat everyday at reception. The staff can speak English.
Excellent facilities (closer to 4 star hotel facilities for the room) and location is great. 5-10mins walk from Ueno station.
Room was very big (for Japan) and has a japanese living room section to it, in addition to the bed area. There are futons stored so the living room can also be turned into a sleeping area if required. The bed had functions for massages etc which was a pleasant surprise.

Our apartment was clean, comfortable and reasonably sized for Tokyo. The kitchen area has a double induction hotplate unit , a microwave and an oven/grill. There was a washing machine with supplied (and replaced) detergent. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Asakusa is a quiet part of Tokyo. Twenty minutes walk from Ueno Station and Ueno Park and Zoo (pandas!). About the same distance to the underground. We also walked to the Skytree.
I would recommend this apartment hotel and would happily stay there again.
