It was gorgeously appointed. The room was large/spacious and quiet, shower had amazing water pressure. The bath was a big tiny with minimal/no counter top, but it was new and clean (appears to be a cool prefab). The front desk staff was the most efficient we have seen in Japan. The location could not be better, under 5 min to Kuromon market, just next to Den Den and 10 min to Dotonbori street with shops. We had such a blast and would definitely return again.

The Facilities are great, it is like five stars Hotel. The location is among best tourism places in Japan like Tsutenkaku tower, Denden town, Dotonbori and Namba Area. It's a great stay for us!
it was near the street food area, a Don Quijote was near by, but a small one. The Tsutenkaku Tower was near by. it was close by the rails where i used my Osaka Day Pass and rode the subway to all the other tourist area and got in for free or at least by pass the ticket counter in some locations. Even though I didn't cook, it was great with the stove and the fridge. the microwave was temperamental, took a while to get use to using it. love the washing machine, but no dryer. it is quiet too.
The staff! They are all amazing especially Ricky and Helen at Reception! Also Giselle the housekeeping! Id definitely recommend this place just walking distance to dotonbori river, donki, shinsaibashi and 3 stations away from tsutenkaku tower! It’s clean and you got necessities like toothbrush, hairtie, razor and eyepatch for free! They will let you leave your luggage even before checking in which is handy!
The hotel was in good location (near Metro, Shin-Imamiya station, Tsutenkaku tower and Family Mart was right in front of hotel). Staff were nice and helpful. The room were clean. The beds were comfortable. Bathroom were clean and no bad smell.
This was a super comfy hostel to stay at. Everything was clean and easy to use. The location is good, with Shinsekai and Tsutenkaku Tower within walking distance. I also met other guests and made new friends. I was comfortable my entire stay and even extended it. Like most hostels, they will happily keep your luggage in storage on the day of check-in/check-out until they close. Highly recommend.
Auto check in and check out process went smoothly. If you enjoy walking, the hotel is within walking distance to some tourist attractions: Tsutenkaku, Dotonbori etc.
Very convenient and accessible at the tsutenkaku tower, and ebisucho station ❤️we got to experience golden week at osaka shinsekai and we got there in no time. It was also very spaceous and can accomodate 3 people with ease. Some corners were a bit dusty but there are cleaning tools to use (ie. vacuum, sweeper mop)
