The hotel was fantastic and incredible value for money. The room we stayed in was huge and the staff were extremely helpful. The facilities included a gym that had plenty of cardio machines and weights. The laundry facilities were also easy to use. 10/10 for location too.

They have free water disposals at every floor: this was my first time seeing it. Also near the reception there were free drinks for everybody in any amount at lounge: juices, cokes, teas, coffee and etc. Very comfortable waiting zone with tables. The room is great and clean, no questions. Near there is the subway station, cafes, convenience stores and almost 20 minutes to Dōtonbori. The price/quality is excellent! Recommend it for sure.

Love everything about this accomodation, quite spacey & comfortable for 3 people. Staff were friendly & helpful, and responsive in the chat. Feels like it's a newly-built building compare to other nearby buildings. Convenient location, nearby to most subway stations & Tsutenkaku area. Totally worth the price & recommend for a group of travellers to stay at

it is completed with kitchen stove, microwave and washing machine even it has drier inside the bathroom...so we can wash out clothes and hang it within max 30 minutes it will dry
2nd time I stayed at this property. Mostly used google translate for communication, because by japanese got bad as well and not every Staffmember speaks english. But for me it's fine^^ For me the Location is just perfect. Conbinis and even Donki & Daiso are close by. So restaurants and Supermarket. The Tsutenkaku Tower is just arround the Corner. Wanna stay here again.^^
So homey (because it's indeed a house) and comfortable with a living room. The location was great, near a lot of subway/train stations. There are supermarkets and Don Quijote nearby, and also within walking distance to Tsutenkaku and Tennoji Zoo. In other words, great for family with kids!
