The room was much more spacious than I expected. Really comfortable and the hotel has so many facilities like play room for kids, laundry room & nice coffee shop.
The location is absolutely 10/10. Very close to main shopping area and surrounded by so many restaurants and cafes.

I like the space of the unit I stayed in, location is good just a 10min walking distance to Tsutenkaku, 3 metro lines nearby and 1 stop to Namba Station, breakfast is good, and although the lobby is unmanned, response from staff is very prompt. Staffs can well converse in English and have been very friendly and helpful during my stay.
Great place for a family holiday. My 2-bedroom apartment was clean and practical. You have access to a few train stations nearest being Ebisucho station. However, if you are coming direct from KIX, it would be a 15 mins walk from Shin Imamiya station to reach e-stay Namba.
Shinsekai and Tsutenkaku tower is short walk away, where you can find game shops and a variety of food.
Other than Shinsekai, there are also many F&B shops and convenient stores all around too. There is also a supermarket right across call Tamade.
Everything! The price was very good considering the room size and location. Everything was clean and it has a simple check- in process. The view of Tsutenkaku tower from the balcony was also nice!
super convenient location. hotel was right next to a train station, and a short walk from tsutenkaku tower. there were a lot of restaurants and conbinis nearby. the indoor onsen and free-flowing coffee and drinks were also great. housekeeping staff also very diligent.
Modern, clean, easy checkin process, multiple restaurants, konbinis and railway/subway stations around, Mega donkihote nearby. With a room facing the right direction you have a view of Tsutenkaku directly next to the hotel
Really close to Tsutenkaku which was really cool and really close to Shin-Imamiya station. If you want to be close to Namba but feel like you are staying in a neighbourhood then this is the place for you.

The location is good, near the train station both metro subway and jr, also very near to Tsutenkaku tower. Many restaurants, minimarts and supermarkets. The room is clean and comfortable. There are free drinks and icecream at 7-9pm. Don Quijote is also very near the hotel.
