Personal touch, from the first moment we arrived we felt welcomed and staff was really proactive and helpful . Room is nice with nice view and it really made our vacation special. The hotel was great value for money. The room was slightly more spacious than most hotels in Japan and was in a great location. The staff were super friendly and so helpful. The amenities at the hotel are great also, would definitely stay here again.
