Everything about this hotel was top tier. From the moment you walk into the main lobby you are being attended to immediately and the service itself was fantastic. The facilities, toiletries, accomodation and restaurants all exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend staying here if you ever get a chance to and as a solo traveller it was an overwhelming and exciting encounter. It was my first time experiencing opulence and The Okura nailed it.

I am a big MUJI fan, so staying here was sort of a dream come true (and the review will therefore sound more biased). Loved the amenities, the room and the design of the hotel floors. I enjoyed the fact that one could simply hop down the elevator and go shopping at the flagship store downstairs. The breakfast was also very nice. I liked that there was a hotel entrance separate from the store entrance (we only found this out after checking in though!).

I didn't pay to go up the tower. There are much better views from other buildings, including free ones. It's not really close to anything else and I was underwhelmed when I got there. Overpriced tourist attraction.

Between Tokyo Tower and Tokyo Sky, I decided to stay near Tokyo Tower, with a view of the iconic building. Tokyo Tower after all was inspired by the Eiffel Tower in Paris; and in itself is a monument that symbolises Japan's rapid economic growth into the world power it is today.
Stayed for 4 nights by myself. I stayed in room xx05 I can see Tokyo tower lights up at night through my tiny window!!
Surely,very convenient for food and to get around etc. but not recommend for those who traveling alone girly like me.
To get to the train each station you have to walk 5-10 mins through the busiest area( it can get very overwhelming)

The room was very small but it’s perfect for me.
I was lucky to get a room on the higher floors and was able to see Tokyo tower from the room. The location is great, only few minutes from Metro and train station. The neighborhood is more of a business office area so do not expect big drugstores and other touristy shops in that area. There is no breakfast in the hotel. We got a map from the reception with a list of breakfast locations around the area.
Beautiful view of city and Tokyo Tower out the picture window. We loved the art installations and upscale design of the whole hotel. The bathroom was very high tech and immaculate with sustainable amenities made from bamboo. The bed was very comfortable.
In a quiet and good location, it is easy to take subways. The room is clean and has everything ready. Have a convenience store nearby, close to the Tokyo Tower. Have washing machine. The apartment is cute and perfect for tiny people.
Great location with easy access to the metro. The hotel is modern and clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Happy hour is a nice touch. The breakfast included is an American style breakfast with 4 options to choose from. On our arrival which was very late, we headed up to the rooftop bar for a drink and a quick bite before heading to bed. Great view of Tokyo tower and the food was very good.
The room is spacious and clean and the view of Tokyo Tower is beautiful. The hotel is huge with several restaurants. I like that there are taxis right outside the hotel. The Lawson store downstairs is very convenient for snacks and drinks.
Location near tokyo tower and walking distance to 3 train stations. Around hotel, there are many restaurants and stores (lawson, 7-eleven, family mart etc). I was stayed in 3 beds room and it's comfy enough with small tatami area. The hotel is providing water dispenser machine, microwave, ice machine, laundry, even they have wonderful library area in the lobby and some floors.
The location was great. 10 min walk to Ginza or Emperors Palace, 30 min walk to Tokyo tower. Shimbashi train/subway station is 3 min walk. About 5 convenience stores within minutes from the hotel. My room was clean and all necessities were provided.
Located at end of the monorail line from Haneda Airport, close to Tokyo Tower, many public transportation options nearby to see Tokyo, very reasonable rate, quite a few food options in the neighbourhood and an overall cozy business feel hotel.
