Walk to the hotel. It’s quite a long walk. The room is clean, have 24 hours Lawson near by. I took a train and meet my family in Tokyo station very convenient.

Got to enjoy onsen, supper, ice cream and free yakult which is standard for Dormy inn hotels and hence why we booked Dormy Inn again.
The room was clean and spacious compared to other capsule hotels. Lounge and bath areas are nice and well-equipped. Lots of vending machine options, restaurants and shops close by. Only a >5 minute walk to Ichigaya station then 15 minutes by train to Tokyo station, so a good location. The staff were kind and spoke some English.
Decent option. Average place to stay. The size was a bit larger than most Tokyo hotel rooms at this price point. Price was high, but an option if in a pinch. Location was close enough to Tokyo Station and Tsukiji. Room was moderately clean.
I stayed here for the first two and last two nights of my 12-day trip, and my experience was consistent throughout.
The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk from Tokyo Station, providing easy access to all train lines. The station itself houses two major shopping areas and numerous shops. The hotel is surrounded by many eateries, and a Lawson convenience store is just a 5-minute walk away.
Hotel is located relatively closely to Tokyo Station, making it easy to access major tourist locations within Tokyo. I've opted for staying at this hotel twice during trips to Tokyo Disney.
The Hotel is equipped with small kitchenette and laundry which is absolutely fantastic. I like the shower area and toilet are in separate room. Staff are friendly and helpful as well. Location wise is quite nearby to both Ginza and Tsukiji area (~1km away). Nearest subway station Kyobashi is 500m away taking you to Ueno, Asakusa quite easily. Tokyo station is also 1.2km away on a flat terrain and smooth walkway which make it easy for carrying your luggages from the hotel. I love to stay there again in future visit to Tokyo.
