The view, staff, were all lovely. The hotel feels luxurious without being too expensive. It is very close to a number of stations and any metro/ jr line that you may need so very convenient location. Also the area is very pleasant with a nice park and tidy streets/ buildings, very close to Ginza.

We stayed here on two occasions and the hotel was pretty consistent. Nice staff and the hotel was very generous with snacks and drinks. On our floor, there was area we could go and pick up some snacks and drinks (including beers and soft drinks).
The hotels was closely located to Shibuya Station which made it easy for us to get around.
On the second visit, our room was upgraded and it was very spacious with big windows and a good view.

Right at one of the main entrances of the Tokyo station - Shinkansen platforms are reached within 5min walking - N’EX Narita express in 8min - right to all facilities of Tokyo stations including shopping and dining. The staff were very friendly, the hotel is also located just minutes away from train stations (~4mins from Kyobashi station and ~7 mins from Tokyo station). There are also convenience stores nearby just minutes away.

Location is fantastic near Tokyo Station and the Airport Limousine bus station for both Tokyo Airports is just across the main road. Area is fairly commercial on the outset but once you walk one street away from the station, there's a whole host of food options and there are 3 convenience stores within 2 mins of the hotel. There's also a huge underground mall connected to Tokyo Station just a block away with a huge variety of food and shopping options.
