Location was very comfortable, being close to the main Tokushima station, having easy acces to transport, shopping, restaurants.

Breakfast is a bonus, but it is limited to bread with some spreads and fillings. Close proximity to Tokushima Station and various tourist destinations (i.e. Awa Odori Kaikan). Many restaurants in the area, and were considerate with their late check-in as long as you let them know in advance.
