This hotel was conveniently located near a big mall and metro station. There were numerous very nice restaurants around. The room had more charging stations than I’ve seen before. A little small but normal for a big city. The price was very reasonable.

The hotel was very handy to all that Niigata has to offer. It's a short walk to the train station and a lot of the most popular sites, and also isn't too far from the river and the Sado Island ferry terminal. The staff was wonderful and welcoming. Numerous great restaurants, including a lovely bar on the top floor with great views of the city.
